This shooting has many misogynist similarities to the École Polytechnique massacre (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89c...nique_massacre) which happened in Montreal, Quebec in 1989.
The shooter hated women and blamed "feminists" for all of his problems and he also had a manifesto.
He entered an Engineering class, ordered all of the men to leave and then he shot all of them women (though some miraculously survived) and then he went on a rampage throughout the rest of the campus.
