My problem is minor. Two of my neighbors have been arguing for a few years about a giant elm that is dead and close to their property line. It is now in my back yard, on top of the dog pen. (Dog was in the house with us.) I just ordered a new privacy fence. I'm glad that it came down before the fence went up.
