As for Lilly dresses, I love Lilly dresses in general but I don't think they're a good idea during recruitment. One chapter at Clemson wore Lilly during their philanthropy round and while the girls looked cute individually there was no cohesiveness as a group. It was also very difficult to tell who was a PNM and who was an active because they all looked so alike.

That's a good point -- imagine the panic of the PNM in her cute pink and green Lilly when the door flies open to reveal a sea of singing actives in pink and green Lilly -- many wearing the same dress she is wearing.
