Here's What To Do
Just go to the Pi Kappa Phi website (do a search for "Pi Kappa Phi Headquarters"). See the 'Contact Us' link, and go to the Fraternity Directory. Send an email to the chief executive officer with your name, chapter and telephone number, and tell him that you're offering to help with the expansion project as an alumnus. Ask for a direct response from him verifying that he rec'd your message.
