It probably would be a good idea to go with a tried-and-tested skit from ADPi your first time through recruitment. Do you have a recruitment consultant? I advise a chapter that is 3 years old, and we have a dedicated alumna recruitment consultant for the first 4 years. She is a former traveling consultant and it is soooooo helpful to have her expertise.
That said, Frozen is a big deal. My daughter gave her new little sister several Frozen-related gifts for Big-Lil week a couple weeks ago. This was on her "likes" list, and was apparently a big hit.
