This is interesting. Lambda Chi just built their house within the last few years. I had heard they rented out part of their house to Beta while the Beta house was being renovated. I'm just surprised the new Lambda Chi house is already being sold.
Congrats to ADPi for moving back on campus. I'm sure they are more than a little excited.
