Great news!
Although its true that it will feel like you are being "interviewed," be prepared to do a little interviewing yourself. People LOVE to talk about themselves and about the things that they love and value, so be sure to have some questions prepared.
There are lots of conversational suggestions on the GC boards and general topics include questions about the chapter and about what sisterhood means to the member, as well as questions about the member's other activities and interests. Find a common bond.
Think about ways in which you can contribute to the chapter and weave these ideas throughout the thread of the conversation without being too overt.
