Hmmmm . . I wouldn't know anything about this type of thing But If I wanted to write an off color article to maxim or something I would address it as a letter to the editor in the guise of a freelance article. I might even construct a a fake little biography with "credentials" and would only submit it with a pseudonym.

If you are serious you should write several articles and think about mailing them to the various men's magazines. Also, if you contact them by email or phone you can find out their submission requirements, or if they will even accept unsolicited articles.

But you may need to polish your writing style a little bit LOL.
