While I don't know for sure if IN Chi Omega a chapter has ever been reinstated, I do know that in our bi-laws a chapter may be reinstated after carefull consideration between the alumni of that chapter, the National Headquarters and the college. This generally isn't something that happens within a few years of a chapters closing...we're talking a while later. Although I suppose it CAN happen.
