I don't take that as disrespect... Like I said, my family's from Ohio. This is big time the attitude of South Carolina, anyway. KA's are revered for their love of the confederacy, and you can't drive 2 miles without spotting a confederate flag. I'm so ready to go back to Georgia... at least, I don't think it's this big in Georgia. I love the south, don't get me wrong... great weather, beaches, and I love the cute little accents, but I just wish that we'd get out of the "we're right, you're wrong" attitude towards northerners. I mean, how long ago was the war? And sometimes I wish I had just gone to OSU, for many reasons... my aunt was AZD up there, so I'd have a legacy (though not technically) to follow. I've had to fight for everything that I've gotten here, while true southerners many times have it easier... I know it's made me stronger in ways, but sometimes I wish I had the fall-back that many southerners have.
