To my sisters at IU: BE THE CHANGE. You can still be awesome and selective while taking 10 or 15 more girls. We're not asking for pledge classes of 100 after all.

Well, we actually are asking for pledge classes of 100. To accommodate 1900 women, 22 chapters (with the new DPhiE colony) would have to take about 86 NMs each. The numbers of PNMs are just going up so if they go to full implementation of RFM, unless more groups come aboard, there is no stopping them from hitting those huge NM class sizes. Half measures are just like trying to sweep the problem under the bed.
