IMO, you're taking this question a little to seriously. Just because it said "random sleepover with a guy" doesn't mean it
has to be a sexual thing/one night stand...or even that the guy is "random." I've stayed "random nights" at my guy friends homes and borrowed clothes from them.
My answer, by the way, is if it's a friend, wear the clothes home and wash them. If it's a person you don't know very well, fold the clothes and leave them behind or, if you feel comfortable enough, just ask.
