I assume "sites" is the same as plots.
I am most familiar with the NPHC plots at HBCUs. Some HBCUs have plots or something comparable for KKPsi and other groups. But for homecomings and events many people flock to the NPHC plots--including people with dual NPHC-nonNPHC memberships--so sometimes the KKPsi and other plots can go unnoticed depending on the campus.
