Police say Wolfe was a passenger in a car driving on Brush Valley Road/state Route 192 in Miles Township, not far from State College. The driver lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions and veered into the opposing lane, where it was struck by a car. The driver and two other passengers suffered minor injuries. Wolfe was wearing a seatbelt.
