How does informal recruitment work?
I'm interested in rushing a sorority next year when I transfer for my junior year. There is fall recruitment and upperclassman are allowed to rush during this time, however, I am just a bit confused as to how rush word for informal recruitment and how bids are given out and girls are chosen for this recruitment?
