AOII does not allow drinking in letters period, no matter what it is. We didn't have rules about bottle v. cup, but some of the other GLOs on campus did. Also in my chapter you could only smoke in the privacy of your own home - this was the strictest on campus. It's been a while, so that may have changed but I don't think so.
