Well, I am not actually sure what you and Tom mean. Are you saying that we should "hide our heads under the covers until the boogie man leaves" or are you suggesting an approach similliar to the non-confrontational example that I had given earlier?

Because right now, I'm getting the message they you guys are saying for us to just pretend they don't exist and they will disappear. I thinks that a little naive and I believe we have tried that (over many, many years) and these types of orgs are still here.
