Our school does formal recruitment in the fall and informal in the winter semester..I missed the formal recruitment because I hadn't decided this then. Should I do an informal rush and just try to learn about all the sororities before hand or should I wait until formal next year? Is being a junior rushing too late? I don't want to not get a bid just because I'm too old.
