There likely will be chapters doing COB in the spring. Focus on your grades right now!! You'll need a good 1st semester GPA. Second, get in touch with the greek life office and let them know about your interest. Third, don't do anything that's going to make you campus news in a bad way, and if you already have, then accept that you are going to have some trouble with COB. Finally, be willing to be open to those two chapters you didn't connect with. The highly sought after chapters, if they COB at all, will not advertise and will not consider women who aren't friends with their current members.
In spite of rumor, COB does happen at Mizzou and is a possible way to join. But you absolutely must keep an open mind and realize that every NPC sorority at Mizzou is amazing and there will be women that you will connect with in every chapter if you give it time and effort.
