It reminds me of the book In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan. Great book but seriously frustrating. In it he talks about how whenever the FDA was confronted with suggestion that Americans should eat less of something they always turned it around so that it said we should eat MORE of something else. We should eat less fat turns into we should eat more grains, as a for instance. They have (as he stated at least) NEVER told the American public, their constituents, to eat less of anything. Because presumably that would be harmful to somebody's bottom line.
So you've struggled and fought to keep your weight down but you just can't get rid of the tremendous rear view. Not to fret, weight below the waist isn't as dangerous. But I think the post ^^^ is exactly right. It will be read as free reign to grow that booty. Or at least justification to do nothing about it.
