One thing we do in our ADPi group is if there is a shirt design that you have always wanted (whether an alum or collegian), someone will put a design up and have sisters fill out a google doc form.
On the down side though is that some sisters have problems holding up their end of the bargain (i.e. actually paying for something they sign up for) but that number is such a small %.
