I went thru Rush before Mary Poppins. As we walked from house to house, we had to take care not to fall into dinosaur footprints. If there were a formal convocation, I have no recollection of it.
H2H, I would think "They are required to sleep in their assigned rooms in the residential halls throughout the whole week" a strange statement if I were not aware of moms who rent hotel rooms for the week. Be very quiet and you can hear those helicopter blades thump, thump, thumping away.
