			And to split hairs, it's not actually the number of girls divided by the number of chapters.  They start with an estimate of quota (probably A divided by B) and then they play with the numbers and see what happens if they drop or increase quota and then adding quota additions.  Dropping quota can actually increase the number of girls placed if the quota additions all work correctly.  But that starts to get tricky and beyond my understanding of the process. And (someone can correct me if I'm wrong), a colony doesn't affect quota except that more girls are likely to drop out of rush because they want to pursue colony membership.
 But I think we can all accept that Ole Miss is probably due even more expansion!
