It could be that she is an NPHC aspirant and didn't read AzTheta's question carefully - hence the "could be, could be not," but AzTheta specifically asked her if she was in an NPC sorority not if she was in a sorority, so it is a yes or no question. Of course she might have some reason for not wanting to divulge that information.
