Happy New Year to my Jewish sisters!
I was at a truly inspiring selichot service this evening, and I will be at all of my synagogue's High Holy Days services this year. I'm in my synagogue's choir, and I'm one of the two strong altos in the choir, so I have to go
- but I'd go anyway.
I'll be attending the Yizkor service for the first time, as my mother passed away earlier this year.
