It's how it SHOULD work, but those of us who have been around for awhile have heard it over and over that "I'm keeping an open mind" but what she means is "except for THAT chapter" and sometimes "but still, I am only going to worry about these 3 chapters because #1 is what I'm going to get but I suppose I could accept #2 or 3 out of 15."
