Campus total is the amount of women each sorority is allowed to have.

Quota is the total amount of new members each chapter is allowed to take. Then there are quota additions. The QAs are women who attended a preference, maximized their options and were placed in one of the chapters they ranked after the chapter's bid list was full. This is done to match as many women as possible into the Greek system.

A chapter can go over total if making quota puts them over total. For example, ABC has 80 members because they had a small graduating class and a large sophomore class. Campus total is 100. Due to a large number of PNMs going through recruitment, quota is 30. If ABC makes quota of 30, they will have 110 members and will be over the total of 100.
