Our VP Recruitment always keeps our attention with candy rewards
Sometimes she'll stand in front of the chapter and make up imaginary scenarios and if a sister handles the situation well or makes excellent conversation, she'll get a piece of candy.
We also have crews during work week and one of them is a spirit crew. They put up signs around the house, organize secret sisters, and give out awards at the end of work week. Candy is usually involved somewhere in there too...
