Alpha Gamma Chapter
Hi All!
As a founder of the Alpha Gamma chapter, I was glad to hear that the good times still continue at SIUC. I'm also glad to hear that the relationship with Panhellenic and IGC has continued to improve through the years. I also wanted to share one of the lesser known traditions of the founders. Every week after our meeting, we would go to Steak N Shake. We always sat at the same tables and had the same waiter who knew exactly what each of us wanted without asking. Going to SNS every week was a great way for us to catch up on the things happening in each other's lives. To this day when I go to lunch with Jeri Ann, one of the other founders, we usually go to SNS and order the same things we ordered in college. I'm looking forward to seeing all the actives and alums this fall at Homecoming and maybe we can work a trip to SNS into the schedule.
