OSU is a campus where campus total is automatically adjusted to average chapter size after recruitment. Current campus total is 209, will probably go up later this week.
So even if all groups made quota, there are probably some COB opportunities out there.
I visited OSU for work week, and was very impressed with the Panhellenic spirit, beautiful houses, and campus as a whole. Great school and I can't wait to go back sometime!
