Join the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at The University of Mississippi on Friday, August 30, 2013, as we discuss current issues in food safety and sanitation, purchasing, management, and culinary techniques with Greek Housing Directors and Staff members at the First Annual Greek Housing Food Service Seminar. The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at The University of Mississippi are educational leaders in food service management and want to help you, and yours, with any needs as we all work to benefit the lives of future leaders.
