I really wish I could.. but I pass out and throw up. It isn't pleasant.
The last time I needed blood work done, I told the woman I didn't do well with all of this, and I'd probably pass out. She just kept saying, "You have such good veins.. the blood is pouring out of you." Um.. NOT helping!
My boyfriend is O-negative, so he tries to donate as much as possible. He has blood banks calling him ALL THE TIME, though.
One of my "don't knock it 'til you try it" things: tuna sandwich, bread toasted, with dill pickles and potato chips on it
