My chapter doesnt really have a lot planned. We recruit I guess all year long and just invite prospective members to everything we are doing and to our meetings. Since we have 27 members in the chapter (including the three new pledges we took in June) we don't have need for a big rushing party or event.
In my former chapter, we had a cookout at my house and invited prospective members over. We had like three or four prospective members come, but none ended up joining. We extended bids to three of the four.
