The "where to go to get recs" hierarchy goes like this:
1. Personal connections (friends, family, teachers, people you know in real life.)
2. Alumnae Panhellenic (not as personal, but will get you what you need.)
3. Individual sorority alumnae chapters (they don't exist for rec purposes, so they're kind of a last resort.)
