I believe so but the difference is the prosecution would probably do what they need to do to have a strong case. That didn't happen in the Zimmerman trial.

The legal and cj system has always been flawed. That point can be made without exaggerating. It is not true that it has
never worked for Black people. It often does not work for Blacks and Hispanics but that is not 100%.
