Housing would be the biggest roadblock. There are no more lots in Greekland on which to build a house, and many of the organizations that left either traded or sold their housing. And any land that had been available was snapped up by developers and turned into apartment complexes. A few chapters have managed to survive outside of Greekland, but most of those are fraternities that are on Welch, the main road through campus town.
