Your cumulative GPA is a 2.26? You need to use a Grade Point Average calculator to figure out how many units of A you will need to complete to bring it up to at least the minimum GPA for any chapter on your campus. That will give you hard and fast facts to go on.
Membership selection is not discussed except in very vague, general terms, which is why you're not going to get any hard and fast statements from anyone regarding your chances. However, I will say that with a 2.2 GPA you would not be eligible for membership in any chapter at the University of Arizona. You could have stellar recs and activities out the ying yang and it won't amount to a hill of beans.
Bottom line: your academics are not acceptable at this time. I encourage you to focus on your studies as that is why you are enrolled in college.
