Yep, it definitely depends on where you are! I would say U of T and UBC are definitely the biggest systems, and they are still tiny compared to a lot of the states. My undergrad university had 20,000+ students and the greek community was 200 people at most. Most Canadians universities administrations don't actually know about or pay attention to Greek groups (unless something goes wrong
). It makes recruitment difficult sometimes, but in some ways it's nice, too. There seems to be less pressure.
