As do all Sinfonia chapters. But your point is well taken -- since the page you linked to is the "social fraternities" page and it has a notice on it about contacting a staff person if you're interested in starting other fraternities, and since our Sigma Epsilon chapter was chartered last year, I assume we're the one fraternity on campus to which the OP referred.

While our colonization process is quite different from the NPC process, and while the colony interest group would have been made up of guys specifically interested in bringing a Phi Mu Alpha chapter, not just a fraternity chapter, to IPFW, this shows the school recognizes and appears to be okay with single-sex organizations where membership is by invitation only -- pretty much a must-have for Greek life.
