Are you talking about an NPC sorority? If so you should search this forum about the recruitment process. It's a process of mutual selection, and is a complicated process. You don't just choose a chapter to join.
Your age could also be a HUGE obstacle depending on the culture of your campus. Use the search function on this site-- it's amazingly helpful. I can't help with non-NPC sororities but I'd search, search, search this forum. You'll be surprised with what you can find.
