Courtney Gifford, a Tri Delta from the Univ. of Wyoming chapter, has won the title of Miss Wyoming. Courtney will compete for the title of Miss USA. She is from Sheridan, Wyoming.
Courtney also held the title of Miss Wyoming Outstanding Teen in 2005.
