It's not a private school, though I did attend one for a graduate degree but, I was 21 when I went through recruitment at a Big Ten university (because I served time in the military prior). It was great and I loved meeting all the lovely ladies. Every chapter had something interesting to offer but, I was so thankful to find my home. I encourage you to go through recruitment, even though I don't know much about your school. It is a great experience!
