There are no guarantees in rush. I wouldn't count on getting a bid and being initiated. So look for housing this summer and CYA.
As a general matter, whenever you sign a lease, ask about fees/costs if you have to break your lease early.
When you rush, you can ask about living in the house and if there are any live in requirements. I can't speak for every organization, but some chapters will pay the fee to break a lease if there is a spot to fill in the house.
