I watched the movie again and sure enough, you can see it briefly in the beginning!

When I saw that movie, I was thinking Delta Zeta too!
In Van Wilder, there are a few Phi Mu things, but not sure if it is related. There is a lot of pink and white, and one of the guys falls out of a window into a fountain. The fountain is shaped in a quatrafoil!
