Institute was a wonderful experience. EO did a great job--very organized, practical content, great small group leaders, too. If anyone is an active volunteer in an alumnae group I'd highly recommend the book we used for the weekend: The New Breed: Understanding and Equipping the 21st Century Volunteers, by Jonathan McKee and Thomas McKee (
more info here). It's been a great resource for me already, and the lessons apply for many volunteer situations, not just sorority life.
