Professors encourage it at my university

I don't see this cheating at all. At my university, old exams and sometimes notes are put online or in the library to check out. I just assumed it was like this everywhere. So when an organization has a test file, its pretty much the same thing all students have access to. The professors are the ones that let us know where to find the old exams. The old exams are extremely helpful in biology and chem. None of the tests I've taken are the same as the old ones either--maybe 2 or 3 questions at the most.

Now the Math center does things differently. Nobody is supposed to keep their old graded tests. If they find out you can get a 0 for cheating. The test reviews are really really similiar to the actual test so if you understand that and do all the problems, then the test shouldn't be too bad. The math system is overall a little weird where I go to school...........
