"sad day, happy day, re-goshdamn-diculous, and fan-frickin'tastic"

does anyone know the origin of these catchy sayings? my SigKap lil' said these and it caught on like...something that catches on swiftly and ubiquitously.

earlier, i forgot to mention walking into a room and saying, "It smells like UPDOG in here!"
