It's been awhile now since Gift Mart officially closed (I got the emails for all the sales). While Sorority Spirit lacks in some areas, I was really pleased with their customer service. Marlene (who I think runs it on her own) was extremely nice when we ran out of items at DLC and I was able to order my item at the sale price w/ free shipping. She also included some freebies. So I will probably order from SS again.
