I suspect that there are a few chapters that did COB, but I don't have official information and don't want to speak out of turn. I can say that Gamma Phi is not one of them.
Found out last night that they are adding an extra day to formal recruitment this year. Not an extra round, just splitting second round into two days. We're in the middle of tornado season here and I'm getting excited for fall already.
