The inaccurate use of the word "beings" notwithstanding, this indicates that the suspension is not in effect until May 13, 2013. Doesn't make sense to me.

Is that the end of the semester? It makes sense that they wouldn't be trying to find housing for everyone at this point, but it seems like they'd also cut out social events between now and then.
